Bio:
Wyatt Cox grew up in northwest Alabama. He became very interested in UFOs as a teenager when that area experienced a major UFO flap in 1973. That is when he began hearing stories from numerous family and friends who had spotted UFOs near Lexington. The local newspaper published dozens of articles about UFOs being observed in early 1973.
In 1977, Wyatt and a close friend named Greg Keeton began interviewing UFO witnesses and learned of the Earthlight phenomena in and near the Cloverdale area. Over the years they have spent several hundreds of hours investigating the Earthlights. They have found that this area has remained very active through the years.
They learned where some of the more active areas were and still are. Wyatt currently lives in South Carolina. To date he has observed approx. 220 Earthlights since 1977.
In 2007, he wrote a book "Spooklights: The Amazing Cloverdale Alabama Spook Light Mystery" with the intent of sharing what they had learned about the lights and to generate further interest so others would study this phenomenon too.
“I am convinced without any doubt that it is very important for Earthlight Phenomena to be seriously and professionally investigated by credentialed scientists,” Wyatt explained. “I recently retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with a background in the Hydro-Electric power generation/transmission industry. I have been keenly interested in UFOs, Bigfoot and Earthlights in northwest Alabama and have interviewed many witnesses who have observed these phenomena.”
Wyatt has earned an M.A. in Religion and a Th.D. (theology). He currently plans to keep making trips to Cloverdale to continue investigations. Those trips are presently on hold until the current coronavirus pandemic subsides. He hopes to generate more interest in this phenomenon and sincerely hopes that he will eventually see this mystery solved.

Bio:
Daniel Erickson, a researcher and consultant, earned his undergraduate degree in Art History at the University of Minnesota, is a graduate of the Combined Arms and Services Staff School US ARMY, Fort Leavenworth. He earned his Master’s of Science Computer Information Systems (MSCIS) at the University of Phoenix. Mr. Erickson is a retired Major of the US Army and is a retired Information Technology Engineer. He currently conducts private research in phenomenology. One of his current research projects involves channeled sessions from the Monroe Institute Explorer program, circa 1984 through 1992, where he is a member of the Professional Development team for the Monroe Institute. He is also involved in ongoing research into orb activity near Cloverdale, Alabama.
