Flying humanoid in Hawaii: Was it an angel or Mother Pele?

Time: evening
12-year-old Vic and a friend were hanging out on the roof of their apartment building. It was just about dusk or the beginning of evening. The Mililani apartment complexes were about 12 or 14 stories. The young men claimed they suddenly saw a light come from the distance which they at first they thought was an airplane. However, as it got closer and closer, they saw it was instead something resembling an angel.
Her beauty was far beyond anything human. She had pure white angel type wings and she was dressed in a pure white flowing gown. She came and floated just 10 feet right above them. Her skin was dark brown, almost black, and she had fiery red glowing eyes. She had many leis around her neck and waist and flowers tied into her hair. One remarkable thing they noted about her was that, “No one on Earth could tie flowers like the way she had them tied! It was impossible.”
They didn’t know what it was, but they somehow knew it “was a good sign.” (The source of this information indicated that it could have had some sort of association with Mother Pele, the fire Goddess of the Hawaiian Islands associated with the Volcano.”
